Who operates this site?
The website brand is Ivmentum. The operator's verified legal identity is not present in the project files: [DATA CONTROLLER / LEGAL ENTITY INFORMATION REQUIRED]. This policy is not final legal text until that information is completed.
Information you provide
The contact form can include your name, company, email, advertising-budget range and message. The pilot form can also include your website, advertising channels, spend range and stated challenge.
The website does not automatically send those entries to an Ivmentum server. The send button creates a draft in your device's email application. You control whether to send it. If sent, the content reaches us through the relevant email providers.
Newsletter field
The newsletter is not active. The field checks email syntax locally in your browser but does not submit or store the address. You are therefore not subscribed. Before a newsletter service is enabled, its provider, purpose, retention and any required choice mechanism must be disclosed.
Technical data and service providers
Opening a website can cause technical information such as IP address, browser/device, request time and requested URL to be logged by delivery and security infrastructure. This site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages and loads typefaces from Google Fonts.
Provider roles, exact logging settings, data locations and retention periods were not found in the project. They must be verified in the relevant business accounts and contracts.
Cookies and measurement technologies
A technical review dated September 1, 2026 found no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising/remarketing tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar visitor-analytics tool in the site code. The site code does not store preferences in cookies, localStorage or an equivalent browser store.
For that reason, no separate cookie consent banner is currently displayed. If analytics, advertising or functional cookies are added later, this policy and a suitable preference mechanism must be updated before the tool goes live. Any provider-operated security technology must also be monitored through account settings and live responses.
Why information may be used
- Read and respond to your enquiry or application.
- Arrange discussions and a potential service process.
- Keep the site available and secure and prevent misuse.
- Comply with legal duties and protect rights where necessary.
Sharing and international connections
Information may be shared only as necessary with authorised people, email/site-delivery providers and legally authorised bodies. A corporate promise that personal data is never sold has not been added without approval from the verified controller.
Technical connections to global providers such as Cloudflare and Google Fonts may involve data flows outside Türkiye. Actual recipients and the KVKK Article 9 mechanism must be verified: [INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER DETAILS REQUIRED].
Retention and security
Information should be kept only while its purpose and legal requirements continue, then appropriately deleted, destroyed or anonymised. No fixed period is stated because there is no verified organisational retention schedule.
The site uses HTTPS and basic security headers. Operational controls for email and internal access still require verification, and risk-free internet transmission cannot be guaranteed.
Your choices, rights and contact
You can close an unsent email draft. For information you send, you may exercise access, correction, deletion and the other KVKK Article 11 rights described in the Personal Data Notice.
For an initial privacy enquiry, email [email protected] or call +90 532 552 12 30 / +90 533 408 62 66. The formal data-controller application channel must still be verified and added.
External links and changes
Map and other third-party links are governed by their own privacy terms. We do not control those services.
This policy is updated when site tools or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated visibly before they take effect. Where legally permitted, the Turkish version governs.
