The site provides general information about Ivmentum's service approach, performance-marketing work and 14-day pilot. Content is not legal, financial or investment advice.

Visiting the site, completing a form or sending an email does not by itself create a client-agency relationship or service contract. Fees, scope, deliverables, confidentiality and other commercial terms are defined in a separately signed proposal or agreement.

Marketing results depend on factors including sector, offer, budget, creative work, measurement setup, platform changes and market conditions. Site examples and process descriptions do not guarantee revenue, ROAS, growth or any other specific outcome.

The 14-day pilot scope and deliverables are described on its page. Any work after the pilot is agreed separately.

If a commercial service agreement is signed, its dispute clause takes precedence for that service relationship.
